Withdrawal & Refund Policy

This policy explains what happens if you want to withdraw from a purchase, cancel a subscription or ask for a refund. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you bought it, without giving any reason.

Premium access starts immediately because you request this at checkout. If you withdraw within the 14 days, we refund the price you paid minus a proportionate amount for the access you received up to the moment you told us about your withdrawal.

For example, if you buy a monthly subscription and withdraw after 10 days of the 30-day period, we keep one third of the price and refund the rest.

When the right of withdrawal ends

Your right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully provided, because at checkout you requested immediate access and acknowledged this. For 1-day and 3-day passes, this means the right ends when the pass expires.

How to withdraw

We confirm every withdrawal by email without delay. Where a refund is due, we send it to your original payment method no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal, free of charge.

Cancelling a subscription

Cancelling is different from withdrawing. When you cancel, future renewals stop and your Premium access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling on its own does not refund the current period.

Refunds after the withdrawal period

After the 14-day withdrawal period, payments are non-refundable, including for unused parts of a subscription period. This does not affect your statutory rights, for example if the service is not provided as described.
